In 1988, the seed for delivering excellence in packaging was sowed by our founder, Mr. Yatin Bhatt. With humble beginnings from Andheri East, having nothing but a single die cutting machine and a team of three, Chirag Printers Pvt. Ltd. has grown immensely.
We now are, proud manufacturers of secondary packaging based in Vasai. Set up in over an area of 5000 sq.ft., our plant is equipped with everything there is to secondary packaging.
Our motto is “From Vision to Image” and we deliver it to the best of our capabilities. A one stop shop for all your packaging requirements. We thrive on the customer service we provide.
We keep ourselves and the machines we use constantly updated with the changing market trends and requirements.
Our team is 25 members strong. Complete with an In-house Design Team which helps our client conceptualize their packaging need, a stringent Quality Control Team which makes sure that the ISO standards are met at every step of the manufacturing process, Managerial Staff that successfully plans and reduces our lead time to the bare minimum and finally the Packing Department which ensures that the products are well packed and rightly labelled for dispatch.

Services
Metallized Polyester (Met Pet)/UV Printing
Printing on a Metallized Polyester film, cured by UV Lights; imparts a metallic finish to the design of a product making it stand out amongst others.
Dripoff/UV Varnish
Raising the board surface to give an embossed effect, this can be used to highlight the name of the brand. UV Varnish imparts a glossy finish to the carton.
Festive/Gift Packaging
Our creative team suggests fresh and innovative ideas, which meets the client's festive packaging focus. We help our clients develop specialty packs for gifting as well.
Hot Foil Stamping
Hot Foil Stamping is the process of using heat and pressure, to apply a metallic foil or holograms onto a solid surface like light paper, carton board, corrugated boxes etc.
Window Patching
Punched cartons, lined with a transparent plastic film, which enables the customers to view the product inside. This can be done in various patterns.
Paper Bags
Paper Bags help show what a brand represents. They are essential for any and every brand related to cosmetic, perfume, jewellery and many more such industries.
Inserts/Labels
Printed Inserts and Labels are intended to provide vital information such as ingredients, dosage etc. We are capable of providing Self Adhesive labels in sheet as well as roll form.
Corrugated Boxes
Corrugated Boxes are used mainly in packing the product before transporting it so that it is safe-guarded from various factors such as rough handling, dust etc.
Self Adhesive Tapes
We also provide printed Self Adhesive Tapes to our clients. Whether it be a completely transparent or coloured, printed in any colour the client needs.
